With Node.js adding network inspection capability, we should have some kind of inspector for it. It can also of course work for browser inspection too.

Noting that there is some progress upstream (nodejs/node#53946), nodejs/node#56488 was part of node v22.14.0 and Chrome v134 includes a network tab in the nodejs devtools.

Nice, I think it's now good enough to have on by default on 23.11+

Do you know if there's intention to ship without the --experimental flag in 24?
