`SYSTEM_INFO` does not implement `Default`

This issue was raised in #839, with a plan to be fixed with #656. Unfortunately, #656 was closed as completed, but SYSTEM_INFO still doesn't implement Default.

From my understanding, the problem at the time was the Anonymous union attribute.

What crate and version are you testing?

The SYSTEM_INFO struct does implement Default in the windows crate and has done so for some time.

The windows-sys crate does not implement Default by design.
