Brief description of your issue

Spotify unable to update. Installer failed with exit code: 23

Steps to reproduce

In PowerShell 7.5.0 as Administrator type:
winget upgrade --all

Actual behavior

Produces the following error:
Installer failed with exit code: 23

Expected behavior

It should update the Spotify.Spotify package

Environment

Windows: Windows.Desktop v10.0.26100.3476
System Architecture: X64
Package: Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller v1.25.340.0
