Its easy to forget to reflect any significant repo changes in the CLAUDE.md file. It could help to add it to the checklist in the PR description.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a line to the PR checklist, something like 'Any significant changes to the repo are also reflected in the CLAUDE.md file.'

Describe alternatives you've considered
Forgetting to include it and confusing Claude.

Additional context
This has become more relevant as more people use Claude Code to work on the repo.
