Describe the bug

When on the search page I feel like it would be more intuitive to have the Mods button in the header reset the current search.
Currently it only changes the URL in the browser and nothing else.

Steps To Reproduce

Got to mods page.
Search for any mod / change filters.
Click on mods button in header.
Observe no change.

Expected behavior

Search UI should be reset as if the page has just been navigated to.
