[docs] CRUD demos don't work in Stackblitz or Sandbox

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Open any demo from: https://mui.com/toolpad/core/react-crud/ in Sandbox or Stackblitz

Current behavior

Error I see in Sandbox:

Tried changing the package version from latest to v0.13.0, but did't help.

1. We'll need to merge [code-infra] move @toolpad/core to ESM #4755 in order for Toolpad Core to use the correct MUI core peer dependencies.
2. How do we handle the new core peer dependencies? Do we keep them peer deps or make them real deps? If we keep them peer dependencies then we need to make sure to update the examples and the codesandbox configuration.
