Netbox Export and Import

We're an NHS organisation who is taking support and management of 100+ sites from another NHS organisation and thankfully they use Netbox.

We thought it would be reasonably strightforward to Export each section from their Netbox and Import it into ours.

It isn't going to well at the moment as we're finding the export doesn't export it to necessarily a format that will import back in without fiddling with the import CSV, is this by design?

The other issues were finding is that on import we're getting errors with unknown headers, one being tenant group which is a standard field but we think its something to do with it not being listed in field options in site bulk import, how can you update the field options to include all the fields you want to import?

Any help would be much appreciated.
