Does this work on simulator?

Testing it out and have issues playing cached.

Tested with https://bitdash-a.akamaihd.net/content/sintel/hls/playlist.m3u8 from example folder

the listener with HLS_CACHING_RESTART never triggers. I haven't tried on actual device. I do get cachedVideoUrl with value of http://127.0.0.1:65311/content/sintel/hls/playlist.m3u8 but is this supposed to be a localserver that's running because i don't think this is open
