When requesting node-v12.16.0 for windows x64 packed as 7z, I'm getting 500 internal error.
Url used for a failed request: https://nodejs.org/dist/v12.16.0/node-v12.16.0-win-x64.7z

Other versions and zip downloads for above work fine. It looks like only this specific version packed as 7z is failing.

Seems to work fine now. Was there some known outage that caused it?
