What steps will reproduce the bug?

https://nodejs.org/dist/v20.8.1/node-v20.8.1-darwin-arm64.tar.gz - downloading this was returning a 500 for an hour or so today

How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?

1-2 a week

What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?

CDN only returns 200

What do you see instead?

500 responses

Known issue, tracked in nodejs/nodejs.org#4495.
