[NEOS-1792] Add transformer for bit and binary data

Would be great for supporting bit, binary, bytea columns where we can generate random binary data in a format that is insertable by postgres, mysql, etc.

This will help add more support for automapper as well. Whether it be as a direct transformer or as a goja method.
