The ticket will not be moved to the closed category

1. Close Ticket

Expected Behaviour:

The ticket should be moved to the appropriate category. which does not happen.

I'll look into the issue tomorrow. But I have a slight feeling that it might be related to discord ratelimits.

Did you close/claim a lot of tickets which moved to another category within the same 10 minutes of the issue happening?

Unfortunately this is not the case I have just tried it again but unfortunately no success.
The error only appeared for the first time with v4.0.1

Alright, I've found the the source of the problem. I will try to fix the issue in the next bug fix update.
