CI in almalinux-8:

# Allow root and rootless itself to execute `ssh rootless@localhost` in tests/rootless.sh
ssh-keygen -t ecdsa -N "" -f /root/rootless.key
Saving key "/root/rootless.key" failed: Permission denied
Generating public/private ecdsa key pair.
