  1. Change the unit name
  2. Save and publish
  3. Reload the unit page as a student

I believe this is related to #1403. Once I scheduled the course, I could see the updated names in the sidebar.

If this is not expected behavior, I am happy to create a new Issue. Otherwise it appears we can close this Issue, as the Unit title appears to be updating after publishing.
