Describe the bug

No English or other language audio available in lesson.Only Arabic audio available for all the languages

Steps To Reproduce

Go to lesson ratio and proportion
go to audio section(click headphone icon)
go to options
change audio

Expected Behavior

If am playing english lesson audio should be english, same as portages or other language. but only arabic audio playing in all the languages

There is no apparent bug/error trace. We need to first check that the audio is available on web and in our copy of the prod assets.
