Describe the bug

Solution is not getting displayed when there is a solution, Even after revealing the hint if the learner gives the wrong answer.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Launch the Oppia andriod Application.
  2. Start any exploration and give the wrong answer.
  3. After the Hint displays again(or multiple time) give the wrong answer.
  4. Observe the learner again sees hint.

Expected Behavior

Learner should see the Solution.

Just my 2 cents , In oppia we never see solution.learner need to solve that by himself only.he can use hints, concept cards or go back to check details but he have to find out the solution

Actually, I think we currently show the solution at the very end once all the hints have been exhausted.

Just note that not all questions in the curated explorations have solutions yet, you'd need to check the corresponding editor page to see which ones do. @Kanupriyaoppia maybe we should find an exploration that has a solution and note it in the CUJs so that the team has a reference they can use for this?
