pip install -U "vectorbt[full]" not working

Hello, im not very experienced in python but already tried quite some commands without luck. :(

pip install "git+https://github.com/polakowo/vectorbt.git@master#egg=vectorbt[full]"
gives a similar error!

I'm running the same command without issues on M3. Use the base tag, you can install any other optional dependencies manually.
