Add `Tutorials` to preCICE PDF documentation

Our PDF generation is valuable for providing the documentation in a bundled offline format. As of now, the docs are restricted to our docs website entry (cf. the current PDF). However, it would be valuable to additionally render the Tutorials website entry as part of the generated PDF. Many aspects of the tutorial docs are directly connected to preCICE, adapters and their usage.
