Links to specific sections of pages don't work

Take this link for instance:

It points to https://www.prisma.io/docs/orm/reference/prisma-schema-reference#model

When you click on it you are redirected to the correct section, but then the url changes to this:

https://www.prisma.io/docs/orm/reference/prisma-schema-reference?utm_source=docs&utm_medium=orm-docs

And then the browser scrolls back to the top of the page.
