Unicode string field in numpy structured type array

Hi, I'm creating a custom dtype like this:

struct DBValue {
	std::array<char, 60> name;
	int stat;
	double value;
};

// ...
PYBIND11_MODULE(test, m) {
    // ...

    PYBIND11_NUMPY_DTYPE(DBValue, name, stat, value);
}

When I make an array with this, the name field (std::array) gets treated as bytestrings (type code is S60):

>>> p.values.dtype
dtype({'names': ['name', 'stat', 'value'], 'formats': ['S60', '<u2', '<f8'], 'offsets': [0, 60, 62], 'itemsize': 70})

Is there an easy way to get the name field treated as a normal python "unicode" string instead (type code U60)?
