In #12186, a user raised a feature request for disabling password resets in order to better protect their PyPI account.

While we can't commit to features that may significantly increase PyPI's support burden at this time, we should have a broader discussion about optional features we may be able to offer in the future to additionally 'lock down' a maintainers account, such as disabling password resets across the entire account.
