Documentation releases missing in 3.11.12 archive

Hi, I was just trying to download a copy of the docs for 3.11, but that's currently a little difficult:

The link is trying to download https://docs.python.org/3.11/archives/python-3.11.12-docs-html.zip

but the latest version I could find by manually looking in /3.11/archives is https://docs.python.org/3.11/archives/python-3.11.11-docs-html.zip

Not a big issue, as I assume there's not a big difference between 3.11.11 and .12, but I just wanted to let you guys know.

Can confirm that all of the download links at https://docs.python.org/3.11/download.html return 404 for me.

The files uploaded by the RM are fine (ftp/), it's the /archives/ that has a problem. For now, if you need to download the documentation for a point release, use the link I put above. I'll look into the /archives/ problem later.

I would be grateful if someone would reply to the docs@python.org email pointing to this issue.

Yeah IIRC this is not the first time it happens. Maybe there is a step missing in the release script? 🤔
