For anyone finding this here, this is solve in quarto R package version in development as of 24th march 2025 install with pak::pak("quarto-dev/quarto-r") or using a built version install.packages('quarto', repos = c('https://quarto-dev.r-universe.dev', 'https://cloud.r-project.org')) |
