Short blog post about Quarto & how to circumvent problems with M1 Macs

Hello!
I recently discovered quarto and was very excited by its capabilities. I firmly believe that more people need to use it. Especially, to generate more network effects between users. Hence, I wanted to promote the framework with a short blog post (see below).

In the post I also showcase how I overcame problems on my M1 Mac. The problem came from my R and Python version not both using an arm64 setup. Potentially this is something to point to in the Quarto documentation.
