Should I Learn Vue.js Before Learning Quasar?

Hi, I recently learned basics of JavaScript while working on a Django application backend. This application's front end is in Vue.js but I did not get trained on Vue.js yet. Instead of learning Vue.js I would like to get trained on Quasar because our next plan is to add mobile app to our current application. I am wondering whether I can directly learn Quasar instead of Vue.js. Or is it mandatory to learn Vue.js first to get trained on Quasar. Is there any training portal available for my requirement? You can start with Quasar. If you know how to work with the Quasar UI framework, you also know how to use Vue.
