Required files necessary for running Kener in production

Hi y'all! 🤠

I'm currently finishing up a PR that I'd like to open which optimizes the Docker build for Kener to almost a 60-70% reduction in size 💥 and supports multi-architecture, along with some other Docker best-practices.

Once quick question I have is which of the following files/directories are absolutely necessary for Kener to run (in a production environment)? I need to make sure to include these in the Docker build. (Yes, I realize that running npm run build builds the app's frontend, and everything in /build needs to be included, however I'm wondering specifically if anything else needs to be included...e.g. /seeds since this includes db migration data, etc.)

Here is the file list I have identified (or speculate) are necessary. @rajnandan1 if you or someone else can comment which are truly needed vs. not needed for running Kener as a production instance, I would really appreciate it so I can finalize this PR for your review. 😊

For system dependencies (where Kener will run), I presume the following apt-get packages are required? Are there any dependencies listed here that are missing and/or not needed?

System dependencies (apt-get):

• sqlite3
• tzdata
• iputils-ping

Awesome. Thank you! I can confirm that once I have this insight from you, I can immediately send the PR w/ Docker optimizations/changes. New image variants are successfully building as of this morning! ☺️
