Black background problem

"Hello, I am facing an issue where my desktop background screen turns black. Even though I have tried multiple solutions, including uninstalling the Lively Wallpaper app, the background remains black. I believe it might be caused by a setting or leftover data from the app that restricts my ability to change the wallpaper. Can you please help me resolve this issue?"
