fix(update): Clarify meaning of --aggressive as --recursive

When working on cargo-upgrade, I found the meaning of `--aggressive`
confusing and named it `--recursive` there.

Renaming this in `cargo update` (with a backwards compatible alias) was
referenced in #12425.
