Plotly raises deprecation warnings after a version update: #410 These should be fixed before that branch is merged.

This is coming from an upstream isue plotly/plotly.py#4997

@jl-wynen @MridulS @nvaytet FYI, Plotly v6.0.1 is now released which fixes those bogus DeprecationWarnings:
