Web / Time / Click on something resets scroll position

When I'm using a browser (not the desktop app) within the Time view, scroll down and click on either

• tag
• time

the scroll position gets reset to the top and I need to scroll down to that item again to make the edits.

After the scroll position gets reset and I click a second time on tag or time at another item the scroll position jumps back to the first attempt again.

It seems to have something to do with the popup.
