The offcial link shows that there is an avaliable version(5.3.42) to solve the bug(CVE-2024-38828), but the hightest version which can be found in the tags is 5.3.39-h3.

My question is that is there any avaliable versions to solve the bug? If so, when can we see the avaliable version?
Our program really have the problem and need to be solved.
