Firstly, thanks for sharing this library!

It looks like Prism currently uses Faker v6. The latest version of Faker is v9. Is there any reason not to upgrade, or is just the work hasn't been done yet?

I have the update implemented and I have ALMOST all of the tests working with the new 9.6.0 version of Faker.js. I am having an issue with the HTTP server tests which are apparently causing the server to crash?!?!

I have to get to my day job, but if anyone wants to look into this last test suite, the branch can be found here: https://github.com/InfoSec812/prism/tree/feature/Issue-2669_-_Update_FakerJS_Version
