The alignment of the top menu is still a bit funny.

what exactly is funny? In my browser (chrome/safari/firefox) it looks like this, w/o any offset

Yours is the same, also right-alined. The rest of the page is left aligned to a narrower margin, so the menu sticks out a bit strangely to the top right.
