Issue Description:

The project can be compiled in Xcode7.2.1

When you comment out a Objective-C class definition, a compiler crash disappear.
The project includes many Objective-C class, protocol definitions.

Still crashes in Swift 3.

This seems specifically related to the addition of a protocol on NSObject via category, and it's crashing in ASTContext::getInheritedConformance (via ModuleFile::loadAllConformances). I guess that makes sense—we see the conformance, but we never had a reason to synthesize it for AppDelegate. Or something like that.

@jckarter, @DougGregor, any ideas of what we can do here? I don't think we really want to eagerly load/instantiate inherited conformances for every Objective-C protocol added via category if we're not gonna use it.
