[Bug][DatePicker] NVDA reads heading multiple times

Describe the bug
NVDA reads the heading (that is, the year number; e.g. 2026) multiple times

To Reproduce

• open this example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/ljdxeyd9-dtwfdpop?file=src%2Fmain.vue

• start NVDA

• click into one of the datepicker inputs

• Alt+arrow down to open the datepicker

• Ctrl+arrow up to switch to the month selection view of the datepicker

Expected behavior
The header should be read only once.
