In model solutions highlight area marked as solution

i.e. content between BEGIN SOLUTION and END SOLUTION tags and SOLUTION FILE

Probably would be only shown for admins and TA's to make it easier to detect the real solution part.

As a TA I would also like ability to see exercise template online, basically solution could also show stubs in comments

I think the highlights could be shown to regular users as well.

A (rather poor) workaround is to keep the exercises open in NB and use the author plugin, which does exactly this highlighting:
