Cant pass additional options when creating a request.

For example #803 is trying to use form_params, but \League\OAuth2\Client\Tool\RequestFactory::getRequestWithOptions filters them out. Also cannot pass along options in \League\OAuth2\Client\Provider\AbstractProvider::getResponse
