Describe the feature or enhancement

  1. Offer to exclude logged in user from tracking (i.e. Settings / Users / IPs)
  2. Offer a global whitelist of IPs (i.e. Settings / Whitelist) where you can either whitelist IPs manually or users (as per 1)
