Using @protobuf-ts with nextjs

Summary

Hi,
I've encountered an error while trying to use @protobuf-ts with nextjs. I've already opened an issue here.

When running pnpm dev, I get:

Export ServiceInfo doesn't exist in target module
   5 | // @ts-nocheck

I've traced the issue back to turbopack. Nothing should be trying to resolve this import in the first place as the import type should have gotten erased before turbopack even started trying to resolve the import and since there's a // @ts-nocheck comment TypeScript wouldn't be trying to resolve the import either. And even if the above wasn't true the @protobuf-ts/runtime-rpc package does export the ServiceInfo interface.
