popstate-only mode for <keep-alive> in Vue Router

Motivation

Currently, caches components unconditionally when used with . This creates suboptimal user experiences in common scenarios:

Problem Case:

User loads a paginated list (Page 1)

Navigates to Page 3 → Details page via router.push()

Presses browser back button → Correctly sees cached Page 3

Proposed Solution

Add a popstate-only modifier to <keep-alive>:

  <keep-alive include="ComponentA,ComponentB" popstate-only>
    <component :is="Component" />
  </keep-alive>
</router-view>

ComponentA and ComponentB only popstate cache page.
