Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

After #4015 was implemented, all panics for message processing now are recovered with logging.

However this might break someones app, that handle panics by themselves using for example panicwatch https://github.com/grongor/panicwatch

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have an option to disable panic recovery.
