Image array operation support such as resize, bgr to rgb conversion.

Can we use xtensor and replace opencv functions like resize, crop and bgr to rgb conversion? Does anybody has any of these implementation using xtensor?

I'm not a huge OpenCV expert, though a quick search make me believe that those methods are not there yet. I would say that if they have a NumPy equivalent it would be nice to add them to xtensor. If not (and I think that they are not in NumPy), I think that they are 'quickly' written with xtensor though probably better published outside xtensor. What may be a bit of work in particular is the different interpolation strategies of resize.
