Logbook logging Request info but not response

Using the example https://github.com/msdousti/quarkus-logbook I can see "Incoming Request" but not the Response.
When using logbook with Spring boot I can see both.

In order to prioritize the support for Logbook, we would like to check whether the old issues are still relevant.
This issue has not been updated for over six months.
