CVE-2025-1094 added new minor versions

Hi,

The CVE-2025-1094 has been discovered on 02/13/2025 and is active for every version of PostgreSQL before 17.3, 16.7, 15.11, 14.16, and 13.19.

All those new versions were released 3 days ago by PostGreSQL. Can you add them to spilo ? We are running a PostgreSQL cluster through the latest Zalando postgres-operator which is using spilo image "ghcr.io/zalando/spilo-17:4.0-p2" to run the cluster and the latest PostgreSQL 16 version available is 16.6.
