移除 @fence TODO：需要额外移除教程部分关于 fence 的说明
allocator 变动，runtime page size detection + rework GeneralPurposeAllocator to reduce active mapping count + Allocator VTable API update ziglang/zig#20511 (comment) ，0.14 release 时需要移除 HeapAllocator 部分
新增std.heap.SmpAllocator introduce std.heap.SmpAllocator ziglang/zig#22808
implement new package hash format: $name-$semver-$hash ziglang/zig#22994
