- tempates: clean up APT archive cache and oma history database
- templates: add /etc/adjtime to prevent the system from updating RTC
Add /etc/adjtime to set the RTC time as local time. This disables the behavior which updates the CMOS RTC time, which in turn causes the system time to shift once the user reboots the machine to Windows.
