• Adding small note on using thumbs up or commenting on issue.
• Making the feature request more user friendly.
• Removing "Technical Proposal". I don't think anyone uses this and the feature request/enhancement already covers this.

We have occasionally used technical proposal, I think, but I agree it's not really needed. Simple is good! ❤️
