Unfortunately it seems that some latex editors do not accept .svg files, which is why we had to use inkscape to generate .pdf's. I don't know if there's any latex versions that do support .svg's though.

Sorry, I should've flagged this as WIP. I had issues with using texlive via installing from my local package manager, and installing via the tug.org net installer is proving to be onerous, as I need to make some adjustments to my computer to do so. |
