• copy relevant files from sshdconfig repo's main branch with some changes to sshdconfig build script to remove tree-sitter-ssh-server-config build. updates to tree-sitter project naming for rust bindings and grammar to parse empty lines for doc tests, and resource manifest (diff from sshdconfig main - https://github.com/PowerShell/sshdconfig/compare/main...tgauth:diff-for-dsc?expand=1)
• add sshdconfig and tree-sitter-ssh-server-config projects to build script
