This changes existing docs to use emphasis to demarcate concepts, and where we've used emphasis to stress words, that has been altered to use bold text. This allows readers to clearly see when we're referring to concepts like ShadowDOM, Autonomous Custom Elements, Web Components, etc.
In my opinion it's important that we can draw distinction to these concepts - which are different to literal APIs (usually demarcated in
codeblocks).
